Mike Healy
CEO & Managing Partner
Mike Healy has 20+ years of investing and transaction experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, consumer, and financial services. Spending his career in a variety of private equity and M&A roles, Mike has extensive experience actively partnering with Founders to take their business to the next-level and has led over $4.3 billion in transactions.
Prior to founding HCP in 2018, Mike was a Partner at TT Capital Partners where he focused on high growth healthcare companies. Before TTCP, Mike was a Director at Norwest Equity Partners where he focused on management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth investments across a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Mike worked in corporate development at Wells Fargo & Co. in San Francisco and Arthur Andersen in a transaction advisory services role, working closely with clients to support their internal M&A and corporate development functions.
Mike holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Alex J. Schmidt
Vice President
Alex Schmidt joined Healy Capital in 2020. His primary responsibilities include new deal sourcing, underwriting, and execution, as well as working collaboratively with management teams post-transaction to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Alex has spent the entirety of his career working with companies in the middle and lower middle markets. Prior to joining HCP, he worked with TT Capital Partners, a middle-market growth equity fund, where he was tasked with new deal execution and portfolio company management activities. Prior to his investment roles, Alex worked at Lazard on sell-side middle-market M&A transactions.
Alex holds a B.S.B.A. from Marquette University.
